Workspace responsibilities
Members are responsible for accurate inventory records and for protecting their account. Owners control membership, access and organization settings. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse the service or access another organization’s information.
Plans and payments
Displayed paid prices are proposals. Plan limits and fees must be confirmed in an invoice before payment. Payment is recorded only after an authorized platform administrator verifies receipt. No automatic external checkout is configured.
Inventory records
Recorded prices and values are supplied by users. The service does not provide accounting valuations or automated inventory guarantees. Physical counts and AI suggestions require human review.
Availability and data
The operator must establish availability commitments, cancellation and refund terms, support contacts and data retention procedures before commercial public launch. Export relevant organization records before closing a workspace.
